This website is run by ROMB L.L.C., Gjakovë, Kosovo (“Romb”, “we”). Romb is responsible for the personal data processed through it. For any privacy question, email info@romb.dev.

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name and email address, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your company, phone number, your child's age or your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered securely.

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to prepare any offer you ask for. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries are delivered to us through the email or workflow service we use for this website. Our hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

We use one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you choose. It stays on your device for up to a year. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Academy enquiries are meant to be sent by parents or guardians. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or for a copy in a common format, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@romb.dev. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live.

We update this notice when our website or our use of data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
